The Staff at 1927 Squadron keep the squadron running, along with the supporting Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) to help when necessary.
NCOs run the squadron “flights”, (a squadron is made up of groups of cadets known as Flights which help with the organisation and management of the squadron).
